The Dark Side is perfect for that familiar but unburnt coffee taste. Nothing bitter on the backside and nothing scrapy on the frontside. This is my and my family at large's preferred blend. ..a crowd pleaser, if you will.
You like'a th'black coffee? balanced.
you like'a the'sugars and creams? still pushes through without some weird fruit bomb note.
Auto driped, cold brewed, aeorpressed, and especially espresso-ed....this is the blend to use.
